Joining the Y

Riding your bike will help you lose weight all over. You should start weight training though. I decided that I'm joining the YMCA so I can use their weight training machines. They have a neat program called FitLinxx that keeps track of all of the stuff you do on the machines and knows your settings and all of that. You can also check out what you've done online.
